Need advice on skin sensitivity due to PE

I have done PE for years and for the past 6 months I have been dealing with some pretty strong skin irritation and sensitivity to touch on almost my entire cock minus the head. Jeans and underwear I try not to touch my penis with as it is that sensitive at times, oddly enough I can have sex or masterbate w lube or lotion without much of a problem. If the skin isnt too sensitive I will leave the cock rings on for 10-15 minutes after. I get only mild fluid retention with this process but the skin is really sensitive at this point.

I have tried at different times:
Aloe vera gel
Lotion
Vitamin A and D gel
Hydrocortisone cream
Neosporin and
Coconut oil

All of these help to reduce the sensitivity slightly but so far hasnt provided a cure. Anyone here dealt with this successfully or have any ideas? I appreciate the help

Hydrocortisone is the best bet right now, out Super Supplement System has a new cream that will be introduced when that is released that will be the best on the market (being the only) but for now Hydrocortisone will be your best bet. If things get really irritated you can use Bacitracin as an alternative. We found in creating the new cream that it needed to have several ingredients to cover all areas so the base is Hydrocortisone but we added many otter components to make it much more powerful and healing.
