I don't know how safe it is either compared to the other devices. It's relatively cheap and hard to tell but it looks like it's only one size fits most ._.

But it looks nice, as long as size fits you. If it's too big or too small it'd be a waste of money. And it may be impossible to wear for extended periods of time anyways.
