For the first time in my long and inconsistent PE career, I am actually enjoying putting in the work. Over the years I have always made fast gains, but ended up quitting fast as well. Heart wasn't really in it back then. So I never cemented anything.
Anyway I have been going at it for a month now with at leas 5 days on, 2 days off. Aiming to crank it up to 7x a week, from this week on. I am almost back at my biggest of 7,7 BPEL. Looking forward to hit that 8 inch mark in the nearest future.

- Longer cock
- More intense orgasms

Whats not to love about this? Cant believe I never enjoyed this before.

Feels great when we start to enjoy our sessions,we start to understand how PE works.we get bigger,we improve ourselves.there are so many reasons why PE is a positive discipline..:cool:

I think most of the gains are just my previous gains coming back way faster. But I am a fast gainer though. When I first started I went from 7,3 - 7,7 in 2-3 months.

My routine is pretty basic actually:

First thing I do is mentally prepare for the session. I always spend like 5 minutes visualizing the end goal. It motivates me to go all in.

I do length work in the morning and girth work in the evening. Girth is also pretty basic. A combination of jelqing and SSJs. I already have 6,1 inches in girth, so its not my primary concern.

My girth has never changed. I naturally had 6,1 inches of girth (thanks dad!). Even with that I have girls complaining about it hurting, so girth have never been priority. I wanna get to 6,5 inches of girth though.

Congratulations brother. 8 inches is the mark where you start bottoming out majority of women.

Has anyone noticed that their BPEL when seated compared to when standing are not equivalent? For me, there is a 1/2 inch difference, which is pretty significant. If a urologist, or any other medical professional measures penile length, they always do it with the patient lying down (standing would be the same angle).
I think measuring when seated is considered cheating, because your pelvis is tilted forward, which allows the ruler deeper into the public bone. There is a good reason why doctors measure the way they do.
By the way, before anyone comments, just try this experiment, and see for yourselves -- if you dare. Trust me, you will not be the same length when you measure standing completely straight (no cheating!) compared to when seated.
I think this could be a contributing factor as to why guys who are 7"+ or 8" claim to "still feel small." They will look at a bare ruler or measuring tape and think, "Am I really that large? That doesn't look right." Well, have you considered the possibility that you are not measuring correctly (according to medical standards), and are not actually the size you are claiming to be?
Then one day you'll take an honest measurement, accept where you are, and the next time you see that measurement on a bare ruler, you'll think, "Yeah, that makes a lot more sense. I still got some work to do."

I've measured both when standing and when sitting when I was at 8 inches bone press. I got the same measurement. I will do it again by 9th of July, I will measure standing and sitting.
 
That is why the penis looks smaller when standing, compared to when seated -- because it is.

Another thing is, when I measured both sitting and standing, I was having only half inch of fat pad that time. So maybe, those with a bigger fat pad might measure shorter when standing compared to when erect.

People might have to give it a try to confirm. I cannot measure now until 9th of July and I also have a bigger fat pad now than before.

If I am standing straight as a board, no tilting of the pelvis, taking ANY measurement (even BPFSL), gives me a different result. So I have to wonder, which one the the "real" measurement? Both measurements can track progress, but which one is your real length? I would argue that it's the measurement you take when standing (or lying down), because that is how the medical professionals do it.
