I haven't had great gains since I bought it and been consistent. However, it seems I get a good seal and good pressure.

Would I get better pump/workout/gains with an extreme [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x30[/words] compared to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x40[/words] I have based on my penis size?

At 5.5" in girth you had room to grow to 6.25" in girth using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X30[/words] before it is too small. The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] will allow for girth up to 7". When a pump has too much negative space it can be difficult to get a good pump. The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] will be closer to your size and allow you to get to the goals you desire. If the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] does not give the intensity that you may have gotten with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X30[/words] can be dealt with using the Wine-Vac modification.
