I found this online and wanted to share it with the Brothers here, I think it is pretty on point, what do you think? I think it is very applicable in penis enlargement since it is such a personal journey, self talk can make a world of difference.

Good visual DLD. I agree with that 100%. Having a positive attitude and verbalising positivity are difference makers in all walks of life.
 
Yes DLD, your inner dialogue plays a major role on how you progress and grow as a person...negative thoughts(dialog) negative outcome

Same thing w/ friends or people you associate w/ willingly. Surrounding ones self w/ like-minded people or just people who don't keep you/bring you down.
Harder to drop people that are just negative towards themselves or just outlook, even when they're not bad people deep down.
 
as the chart suggests, it isn't just an inner dialogue...it's physically saying these things to yourself.

I concur, years ago I had a major bout with Depression. I changed it around with the process of "Change your Thinking, Change your Life". It was my inner-dialogue holding me down.

I thought so and it really helped me with shifting my own self talk to be more positive. It is hard to realize that the words we say to ourselves can have such impact, but they do. For instance, when someone say's the statement "I AM" and follows it with a negative, the mind really grabs on to that and starts to believe it. With repetition we can find ourselves in a huge mess. By changing the word and using the same repetition we will see things shift and improve. I think negation is also something we need to consider when making self statements. It is important for us all to know that the mind can not discern a negation of self, so if you say something like "I do not want to be small" the brain only hears "I want to be small"

Do you remember those psychological PE tracks (.mp3s) that were around the boards about 1-2 years ago? I had them on my desktop, but I think I deleted them after a while.

I can't really recall. There was a thread dedicated towards them though. I think everyone pushed it aside as snakeoil, as did I.
It's different you telling yourself to do something and believing in it, rather than someone else doing the telling for you.
Think it was more for establishing a trance state of mind and motivation, rather than actually helping grow anything.

Yea i could see it being effective for motivation and improving consistency but Some just telling me my cock will grow definitely not going to make my cock grow.

Self-talk (inner-dialog) affects the sub-conscience, which only has an internal reality and believes everything you feed it. In turn, over time, will eventually affect your life, the external reality.

DLD is correct , it's very applicable in penis enlargement. Before I found MOS I felt doom to be stuck at 6-inches and ran aimless negative conversations in my head about it. Once I change the negative mind-chatter to thoughts of affirmations, things started to change for me. Establish the mind-set and the body will follow.

Stay aware of your thoughts, they definitely affect your life, good and bad. Just like anything, you have to practice it so it becomes 2nd-nature to master it.

yes, once I reached my goal, 9x6; I do basic PE, once, sometimes twice a week for health and maintenance.

This is a smart move as PE is not just for enlargement but for good penis health. A maintenance routine will guarantee excellent erection quality and keep your size at it's max.
