Check my routine log as I've just posted my most recent girth routine. I'm gaining girth like crazy from this routine.
But for me the key to gaining is FREQUENCY. I train on a three day cycle that looks like this:
1. "Big" Day - Focus is high pressure, max expansion, etc.
2. "Light" Day - Focus is erection quality and stamnina
3. "Light" Day - Focus is erection quality and stamnina
To add length, I would finish out "Big" Days with:
5-10 minutes __________/ultimate stretch
5-10 minutes DLD Squatting BTC stretch - no better lig stretch IMO... be careful!
It depends on who you are really. I train on a three day cycle, DLD trains on a one day cycle. Discovering for yourself how many days your body needs to heal/gain is more important than anything. Some people will be a two day cycle, some will be on four. A lot of guys go all out and don't gain, and I think this because they train every day when their body needs 1-3 days to heal and gain.
