Hi.

I`ve been doing Penis Enlargement now for almost 11 months.
I started out with the newbie routine and gained roughly a 1/4 inch in about 8 weeks, and after that I moved on to phase 2 with the blasters and some PA stretches.

The thing is I havent gained anything after I stepped up from the newbie routine.
I`ve been experiencing with different exercises the past months using the power assist, dld blasters and various other stretches.

Now I feel kinda lost on what to do, and trying to find out what I`m doing wrong.
Is there such a thing as stretching too hard? Or did I rush into advanced exercises too soon?
I dont know, so as the title says: I would really appreciate some advice on what to do next, cause right now I`m really lost and getting kinda frustrated about the ruler giving me the same readings every month :(

My advise is never to change routine when you are seeing gains.

Try the newbie routine again with a few blasters ect.. thrown in and see what gains you make again. Only once you plateau do you need to change routine.

You need some Bodybuilding exercises this become an important part of health improvement institutions like the gym. People nowadays are more conscious of how they look than they were ten years ago.The best bodybuilding exercises I have you covered, I will also show you where to get free videos at the end of the article. If you are wondering which exercises to do. You should start with the larger compound movements, as these work the most muscle and give the best results. These are exercises that use two joints. For example: The bench press is a compound movement because you use the shoulder and elbow joint to do them. Pls http://bodybuildingexercises.me/

Guess I`ll take your advice and go back to the newbie routine again then. Could be I was getting too impatient and rushing things :( , hopefully I`ll see some gains soon
