I want length moreso than girth at the moment... but the stretches take a lot of strength so I've been lagging on them. Jelqing is much easier, though I still do stretch, and when I do I try to use as much of my strength as I can. But I was wondering if jelqing or constrictors can add length, and if so, a reasonable amount? I'm looking for about an inch as far as length goes... I'm just wondering because jelqing is considerably easier and takes much less strength than stretching, of course I still plan to stretch.

I'm still not sure about using constrictors yet, but if I can get enough evidence that it can add length (and decently more than jelqing, if it does), then I might consider it. Mainly I want to keep it natural without using devices... but I'm thinking about it.
 
how long you been pe'ing for?

Streches do work and ive added about an inch so far in less than 2 months, use both your hands pull PULL.

As for jelqs they do add some length but not as much as streches do, results vary
 
I've been Penis Enlargementing for exactly a month from today, but haven't been precisely consistant. I've gained about half an inch in fsl and about a quarter in el. I just wanted to know the answers to these questions to see if it's possible to gain length by methods other than brute strength. :s Not saying that I'm not using it or that I'd stop though. Also I'm thinking jelqing might help turn flaccid length into erect length, just a theory.
 
Well man, a .25" increase in EL is nothing to be upset about, especially in a month. I never considered any stretching session I did to require "brute strength," and my arms never really "tired" because of it. Jelqing will give you erect length, but only at lower erection levels (<50%), although it is probably one of the lesser efficient methods for most people. But yes, there are other methods that require little or no strength at all. Almost everyone raves on hanging. Most would suggest waiting a while but I think being smart, starting out with extremely low weight, and listening to your body you should be fine. Or you could purchase a stretcher - the Penimaster and Jes-Extender seem to be popular choices.
 
Alloy, I've started to use more intensity when I stretch after reading dld's great post about Intensity vs. Belief. I used to just stretch until I felt the lig burns, which pretty much always come for me, then hold that stretch. Now I try to use more intensity and it feels like a better work out... but my arms do get pretty tired at times. Before I was a bit worried of injury, and now I know that I can use much more intensity without any injury, and it's more effective. It's a great post, check it out. The problem is I usually don't start training until late at night when everyone is in bed, and by then I'm kinda tired... which adds to my arms tiring, but they've been getting a little more used to it.

I'm not upset about my gains, but I'm just trying to theorize a bit to try to come to a conclusion that may make them faster in the end. I don't want to pe the rest of my life... I just want to get what I want and be done after that. Also not complaining that it's not fast enough, I'll work for what it takes. :cool:

Thanks for the link dld, I was starting to see a correlation between gaining length and girth which is why I made this post. It's great to see more insight on this idea.
