Whats the bare minimum time per day to use extender if you want to see gains?

I would say that there is really no minimum. An hour or so and eventuly you see gains. It will take 6 times longer than if you did 6 hrs a day. The more you put into this the more u will get out.

I like the 4 hr. minimum rule myself. Or six hrs. for it to be a complete day.

I would think a minimum of 2 hours would be where you want to start. Maximum use could be all day if you could handle it.

I do 1.5 to 3 hours a day, but I also use an ADS with 2 lbs attached for up to 12 hours a day.

I do 4 to 6 hours a day with a break every 90 minutes to 2 hours. When I can I wear the extender 8 hours total per day.

The 2 hour minimum that DLD suggested actually sounds perfect. It sounds easy enough to keep up with and will make me feel better that ad least I did the minimum and it's enough to see gains. Adding 2 hour minimum SG to my routine. Thanks DLD

2 Hours is doable and a good place to start, learn and master the process. Take your time, be easy and gentle as you learn, when you become proficient you can add time and intensity. Penis Enlargement is not a race it is something more like a lifestyle

I am at a 4 hour minimum but I did 6 h's for the first month and I'm slowing going back to 6 h's again which will be my limit for taking my time. DLD, I am using both the VLC and Vecro strap to stretch different parts of my penis, but I am alternating days for each setup. But now I am thinking that maybe I could use one in the a.m. and the other in the p.m. of the same day instead of alternating days. Do you have any thoughts on this? Thanks!
