So my anti turtle sleeves broke last week and have been waiting for a new one. I dont want to workout without them as I feel it is a waste of PE to workout and than not be in am anti turtle device.its like working out hardcore and not eatinf anything to build that muscle back up.
My routine is 5 mim bundles stretching
Newbie routine stretch
60 mimutes hanging
Than on some days jelqing and erect stretching.
By the time my autoextender comes in itll be like 2 weeks and my penis has lost its stretch. Should I do anything extra to make up for the lost time? No rest days?
 
Just chiming in. I never wore anti turtle anything, or a ring after clamping. Gained just fine. Are you sure your main PE routine is intense enough and adapting along with your penis over time?
 
I would say so. Ive been hanging 10 lbs and moved up to 12 lbs which has Been pretty intense.

Just rock the newbie routine until your gear arrives.
 
Get an ace bandage wrap for a couple of bucks... problem solved in an hours trip to the store. How bad do you want a big dick? Bad enough to spend an hours time and 5$ at Walmart?
