What is your Protein of choice?

well eggs are almost 100% protein but i do get problems if i eat them all the time, its like i get poisoning...
Whey seems to be only thing that is clean enough...

Milk, Eggs, Fish, Beef and Bovine Liver or Dessicated Liver because all these sources are natural in protein so they synthesise better in the body when consumed unlike more of the manufactured processed methods.
 
there is a product at walmart that actually gets fairly decent reviews by supplement review sites. Its by bodyfortress and simply called Whey Protein. for 15 dollars I get 27 servings. im on a strict budget so I end up making a home made weight gainer out of that.


Here is my recipe
2 scoops is around 50 grams protein
Milk
Raw oats put through a coffee grinder to make a powder for easy mixing.
Peanut butter
Blend that shit

BTW it tastes like shit with all that extra stuff. By itself its not bad at all
 
Yolk is really good if I'm going to eat something with fat in it egg yolk is probably a better choice. I think you should only have eggs 2 times a week at most. Milk, peanut butter, and meat like the rest say.
