I wouldn't ever wear something like that outside of the house, as you never know what can happen. Soooo many bad possibilities.

Random kid kicking you in the nuts.
Sitting down at a restaurant and it turning crooked.
Driving for an extended period of time and getting a random hard-on.

Dog jumping on you.
Having to bend down and pick something up.

If you decrease your tension a bit then it's more then possible. But I do have to take it off for circulation back to my skin of course. Also the tugger comes with a leg strap too if you can't wear the add-on in the sg or feel weirded out. It's just progress, but definitely get jeans with some slack in the thighs lol.

Man sounds like you need a cup more then an extender hahaha. I can only speak for myself as I have excellent control over my erections, my dog I trained her well so she doesn't jump, and you can control the device it doesn't spin or turn really. It's pretty stationary unless you play with tension or purposely yank it to the side.
