Had to take a couple weeks off due to surgery... back at it about about 10 days now. So using the time off as a learning experience... flaccid length increase seemed to stay... flaccid girth seemed to stay ( fairly thick flaccid hang now... ligs/ etc. definitely lost some stretchy ness but still elongated a bit. Still no measuring... more evaluating from visual queues and feel. Measure in time ?

I do want to think about upping my length routine from the bundles and newbie routine daily and sporadic stretching throughout the day...really want to push length gains... any recommendations? (laid off the pumping to focus on the length as well).

you can double up what you’re doing right now to increase stretching time or you can seek out some new exercises to add in or to replace. Some more advanced stretches could be just what you need. We can add in things like DLD blasters, SRT blasters, foot long stretches, and many other manual stretches that are available.

@DLD

Thanks DLD. I think you are correct.

I’d be interested in and need to read up on some of the recommended advance manual stretches.do you recommend adding in one of the highlighted stretches or a combination of a few? Any particularly focus on buried/ ligament vs tunica stretching? I know that’s alotnifwuestioms in only a couple sentences ?

I like to really mix it up with stretches. I do all of the newbie stretches because they hit every angle but then I include a whole host of other stretches that I will throw in every once in again keep things fresh. There are so many advanced stretches to choose from. I think some of the best stretches to include would be fulcrum stretches, you can see all of the stretches by going to the PowerAssist page. these stretches can be done with a powerassist, a lengthmaster or a simple piece of PVC pipe.

@DLD @49-er
Gentlemen... hope all is well. Haven’t been real active in my page lately , but have been reading f up as you’ve posted. Still continuing with PE... and as DLD had recommended, hebe started experimenting with some more of the advanced stretches. Have t measures yet but fairly confident of some flaccid gains in particular as some of the advanced stretches were difficult due to length limitations. Fulcrum stretching, as well as with some practice, has gotten easier and can really feel the “burn” afterwards which I take to be the increased intensity over the newbie routine. Also the tunics blasters and a “mini” __________?... gonna need a little more before that one is efficient.

Waiting to hear how Andy makes out with the rubber band stretch... seems like that may be an easier one until some of us become more endowed...lol.

one suggestion I may ask of you and would help the brotherhood...aa more “average” brothers move into advanced stretching... what are the more possible and efficient ones to start with (I’d say from experience 6.5-7” is necessary to effectively performthe majority of the advanced stretches. Give some thought...I’m thinking fulcrums perhaps?

riutine still consists of The warm up, bundled, newbie... followed with experimenting through the remainder of the day- no organization yet as still trying to get the hang of it.

so... point blank... focusing on length- what have you experienced providing the Greatest results? Still haven’t officially measured, but thinking bpfsl is up to 6.25-6.5 so I’m pleased with progress over 3-5 months. Ready to focus and commit to more intense workout since I seem to be rather conditioned through newbies and the extra pull/burn feels really good. Appreciate your thoughts on this.

Wow. What an incredible write up! I am really digging your motivation and inspiration to make things happen no matter what.I love that you’re experimenting with different stretches but what’s gonna be most important is to get your size measured perfectly and put in exercises that will bring you to your goal.

Fulcrum stretching is awesome and can be done in many ways. Do you have the Lengthmaster? If so you can use it for everything you plan to do in this routine. I highly recommend checking out the PowerAssist fulcrum exercises which can be done with the LM. In addition you can hang with it. I have created 2 hanging routines better kick ass that you will find in the SRT thread. What’s most important to me is that we get a solid routine down so we can start following your progress.

I recommend looking through the whole SRT thread so you can understand more about gaining and healing. I also think you should look through the basic stretches found in the movie routine. Between these two threads and me working with you we can put an awesome working together.

@DLD

Ok!

First up I’ll work on obtaining solid measurements...BPEL and bpfsl.

second- no LM yet but looking to invest in one. Will continue to try to experiment and master the expressive stretches.

third- I will spend some time re-reading the SRT program and newbie routines to refresh on content and theory.

Fourth- work together on second phase routine (elevating beyond the newbie routine). Any questions I can answer as you assist in developing routine...please ask. Happy to help.

looking forward to hearing from you... thanks!!

Yes I would like you to get solid measurements so we know exactly where we’re starting from and where will be going. Save up for a Lengthmaster, the most important length tool. But we can do other things in replacement of the LM until you get it. How much time do you have every day to invest? How much PE have you done? Where are you now and where do you want to get to?

@DLD

Will be working on good measurements over the weekend as well as reading up on the SRT routines/program.

I’d say I spend an hour or so per day doing PE. Warm ups, bundles, newbies followed by wrapping fir about 45 -60 min in the AM and the 15-30 min through out the day. Rest of time try to spend wrapped.

This is probably the only serious PE I’ve done.. 4 +/- months. I also have a 2 tube pump , but have stopped using so I can focus on length primarily... I think girth is going to come easier.

As you can see in my stats. Rough starting was 5.25x5 or so...to start you thinking I’d guess I’m closing in on 6x5.5 ???.

Goal is 7x6... anything over is icing on the ?..lol. Kinda mutually decided goal with wife. ?. Probably didn’t want to show all her cards at once. ?

Thoughts? Reasonable goals from what you have seen? I’m in ?%!

Come on DLD make this guy workout like no tomorrow, no pain no gain

Ok maybe not any pain ?

Going for length only makes your job much easier and allows you to focus exclusively on what you’re doing. The best length exercises would be the basic stretches with some additional exercises and practices. If you are comfortable with tools I can write a routine for that.

MANUAL
going completely manual I would invest your time in the basic structures found in the newbie routine. Follow the healing practices in SRT keep yourself elongated after you have trained. I would add in three other exercises that will cover other areas of growth. The first would be Expressive stretching where are you concentrate on your lower shaft pulling penis from inside the body out. The second thing I would suggest is doing erect stretches 3-4 times a week for5-10 minutes. Lastly I would suggest a fulcrum exercise like DLD Blasters. This would be the best routine for a completely manual workout

TOOLS and MANUAL
SRT has become the industry standard for using tools and manual work to make gains in the fastest possible way. If you’re only going for length I suggest 2 tools ? the Lengthmaster and the SiliStretcher, These two devices are extremely powerful and will deliver growth quickly and safely. The difference here is the equipment itself. I would still advise you to do the basic stretches but you’ll be doing them using your LM which is extremely powerful. The additional stretching you can also do with your Lengthmaster. After that instead of wrapping to rename elongated use your SiliStretcher which will do a much better job. And using your SS you’ll be able to take part in active gaining and passive healing as outlined in SRT.

Let me know what you wanna do manual or tool/manual and I will create a routine for you.

long time...

going ok. still doing routine pumping-girth seems pretty good. manual stretching afterwards- not so much change.

about 6.5 in 2" tube @5Hg. so a little, but slow!

how about you? seen some pumping pics, looks like things are going well

Awesomeness!

Have you tried doing Bundled Stretches before your girth session? This will loosen up your Tunica albuginea, and elongate it.
This will benefit your ability to get maximum expansion, during and after your girth session.

Thanks for the insight/reminder SIM!

bundles will perhaps break length plateau/slow gains? Girth seems to be going pretty well… just need to get balanced out now.
