WantsMoreforWife Beginning PE Journey...

Just to add to this that rope feeling is quite normal in the beginning and whenever you change into a more intense routine Or a stronger tool. The best way to deal with this rope feeling is to do bundle stretch it until that feeling disappears. I went through it and I know that most of my brothers here I’ve gone through this.

Appreciate the reply post and sharing some insight as to the rope feeling as well as some recommendations on how to overcome it. How’s PE going for you? How long, results?

Good to hear from you too! Still learning to interpret my body differentiating between tunica, inner and ligament limiting factors. I would take this to be ligaments have been stretched and now hitting the tunica limit-thus the reason for the bundles?

PE is going great right now. I'm coming up on 3 months in PE on May 12th and ive been holding off on measuring until that time. I know I have gained a fair amount but not sure how much. I'm excited to measure and see where I'm at.

Good to hear things are going well for you. I’m about a month less than you at PE... and under the same measuring plan to wait about three months before checking things out. Be interesting to compare notes along the way, since starting about the same time, to help assist each other’s progress... what’s working...what’s not...new ideas...etc. Whats your starting stats?

Dude your measuring day ain't coming quick enough lol wanna know your big gainz

today is going to be a rest day! Started second phase of pumping routine last night...1-2”Hg increase in both wide and narrow tubes and 5 min longer in the narrow tube sessions. Thickest I’ve been by far; ? for length gains. Dabbling a bit with fulcrum stretching as well. ?

Good old fulcrum, let me know how they go and feel

The reason you do bundle stretches is to stretch your tunica before you train. The tunica is extremely dense and takes this type of stretch to break it down. Once you have successfully pre-stretched the tunica you’ll be able to make a much greater length and girth gaines.

@DLD

thanks for continued coaching... been working on the tunica through bundle stretches... target about 10 minutes alternating through all directions and finishing with bundled cranks, 25 each direction prior to progressing through newbie routine- 6 days:wk, PE 2 months. I think girth gains will come easier than length for me and trying to not get caught increasing girth first that will further challenge length gains. Do you have any additional stretch recommendations to focus/exaggerate focus on length (fulcrum, etc) or recommend even additional bundles? I’m also trying some light hanging to stretch more and stay extended. @49-er has seen some efficient length gains alternating 50/50 bundles to regular stretches ( go andy!!). Understand with length you will get some girth and vise-verse. Based on your experience and expertise I figure you have experiential data up there ?.

Starting stats were:
EL 6 1/8
EG ~4 1/8

I started off with the newbie routine for about 6 weeks, mostly focusing on length and less on girth. It worked well. Then I started switching to an SRT type routine and added expressive stretches, fulcrum stretches(these work very well), erect stretches and implementing the healing principles of SRT.

Doing all this I got a good gap between my FSL and EL. So the last week I've been doing a lot of erect stretches to try and bring those closer together. The erect stretches have been working great and I can tell that they are going to successfully bring my EL closer to the FSL.

I have a routine thread on here:

Everything that you’re mentioning here can be done with one tool, the Lengthmaster. For such a small price to get so much equipment. The LM is not only an assistant in stretching it is also a hanger, a bundle and roll chamber, and the body of a powerassist. Check out some of the exercises available as far as fulcrums go: PowerAssist. Also read through SRT to see how it to be used in many other ways.

Hello all!

Spent the last few days continuing with yiur one and trying some new exercises To prepare for next phase of PE. Tried some fulcrums with pipe and even got into (mini) __________ stretches...although not quite as impressive as the video ?.

Have taken a couple days off pumping due to what I think is a bit of edema...I have one area just below glans probably the size of a nickel that is “puffy”. Not sure if from the more intense stretching or a bit more aggressive pumping. I do tend to have a bit of excess skin below the head...trying to work on flaccid length to stay extended and minimize.

Any thought from the brotherhood would be appreciated!

Ps....I did get a comment the other night...”you are getting bigger” ?.

That's the best feeling when your lady notices it. Good job man ??

Still struggling with a bit of what I think is edema from pumping session Friday. First ever... but did recently just increase intensity slightly and more time. Gonna back off until things get back to normal.

So continuing with newbie stretches and bundles followed by wrap and light hanging.

Any idea how long it takes for a bit of edema to resolve?
