I'm a bit concerned about this, though it goes away with a bit of a massage and doesn't occur when naturally erect - mainly just when jelqing and sometimes when doing stretches. Isn't painful, either.

Apologies for the crappy images. Any ideas?<:(

could be thrombosis or just vein growth to accommodate blood flow/pressure. either way I would be wary simply because that is the most vulnerable part of your dick. I knew there were veins there but ive never seen them. read up on thrombosis stuff just to be safe.

I think possibly the vein that feeds into it is thrombosed, causing flow to backup and making them stand out, is that feasible?

don't worry about it, i got one myself, alltho it was bleeding one time while jelqing or clamping, can't remember.

it's only visible when i'm all pumped tho

greetz

ps- stop your workout and seek medical help , if it pops god know what will happen

I've been trying out some topical steroid cream (the kind used to treat psoriasis and other skin diseases. Also used to treat phimosis so its perfectly pecker safe.) and it seems to be having a positive effect reducing the regularity and severity of this.

Thought i'd give an update in case anyone else gets the same thing. :)

I have the same issue. It does not hurt per say. Sometimes it feels a little painful after sex. Anyone else have this problem?

Is it not an indentation where the glans has been? if it is veins then take it as a natural process.

I just had to register and add that I have the same exact thing. Going on about a month and a 1/2 or so, its a bit more bulgier than yours and when erect I can see it going down but it is at the same exact spot. Doesn't hurt, I can recieve oral and sex fine but I am worried it may be a blood clot or one of them varicose veins. My urologist told me its nothing and scheduled an appointment in a few weeks. So what kind of creme helps again? And is this dangerous?

I know for a fact its normal wear and tear after, well you know normal wear and tear heh.

Like I said in your other thread, let the doctor look it over and put your mind at rest.
