Here is a quick video showing my Phallosan Forte/Extender combo. Thanks to jdscd for sharing how he did it!!!! DAMN!!! MOS video server still now working

Yes I will be making that video in the near future.

So i wore the PF/extender combo all last night in the SU direction. LOVED IT. It is so much more comfortable then using the PF waist strap or the OTS strap i got through VLC. had it all for the 6 hrs i was in bed. took it off to piss then put it back on no problem

2nd night using this combo!! LOVE IT!!

I like the extender as well. I may give the SG a try again someday. when i first tried the SG and SG style extenders before i wasn't as skilled in comfort wrapping as I am now. I love the thread rod design and the ease of use that comes with it but I think i am going to give the traditional style extenders another look over to see what benefits they may have over the slider extender I love so much.

i had to order more sleeve. mine died.

the tore around the lip of the bell. i had it at very high tension so i am thinking that vacuum pressure was just to much. i am hoping not. i ordered a few so i will use one to test

So is it the bigger tension that got you to this? Plus, I though they offered 3 more as a bonus to MOS..?

My silicone sleeve died, too. I got holes, where it touched the extender rods. Need to find a workaround for this problem.

you can wrap tape or something around the threaded rods. or just get an extender with smooth bars. that is what i did. The SG will work well with the PF.

Yes, used another extender now and attached the phallosan bell in a way, that it is a bit above the bars. Should work fine now.
I used it at high tension for 90 minutes... then at lower tension for about 4 1/2 hours. Might work for sleeping like that.
