Very small penis, hope this can help me

I have read this forum, and i am surprised about the starting size here. I have only 4.7 inch. I have bought the Dvd, and hoping i can get in the future near 6 inch. I have a problem tough, i have a feeling that i want to urinate almost all the time, have had that since i was 18. Is there anyone here who have or has had same issue as me? and/or have startet with a very small size like me? Sorry my bad english, but hope you understand.

And i also se a lot of people have their own "rutine or program" here, can i ask why? Would not the program on the dvd be for all or?

You might want to see a urologist, just looking it up it is probably a urinary tract infection or cystitis. If it is a urinary tract infection one site suggests to put 2 tablespoons of white vinegar in a glass of water and drink it three times a day.

Forgot to say, length is probably the easiest thing to gain looking at most people here on MoS so your goals sound very achievable.

try doing kegels.. might help you out

There is medication that can help with frequent urination issues, I can't remember the name but I will ask my friend who is taking it. he says it works wonders.

If you are just starting out stick with Phase 1 of the MOS DVD. You should make some rather quick gains. You are only slightly below average and should be able to get to aveage in no time at all. .5" will get you into the 90th %.

How old are you? If you're in your 20-30's you shouldn't be having that problem. If possible, see a urologist. It could be treated with medications like Flomax or Avodart

And also, as stated above, the best exercise for controlling your bladder is PC training.
