I just got sum L-arginine today, i heard if u use it with ur Penis Enlargement excercises, you'll gain faster correct?
 
it helps with blood flow, so your jelqs should be more effective. I take 500 mgs a day. I notice harder erections too.
 
Vitamin E, magnesium (except oxide- it's crap) and fish or flaxseed oil help bloodflow too. A lot of people overlook vitamins C and D wich are essential for the formation of collagen and elastin, i.e. tunica and ligs. try to get 4000IU of D a day and 20mg per pound of body weight of vit C a day and you'll be doing yourself a big favor. Vit C also strengthens blood vessel walls preventing Penis Enlargement injuries and aiding recuperration from any you may already have.
 
BTW L-arginine increases bloodflow by raising your insulin levels, insulin's a hemodilator. It really doesn't increase NO2 levels. Look on www.t-nation.com for more on that. It's a supplement scam that's been pretty well documented. You'd get the same effect from sugar water- it just wouldn't last as long. There are cheaper supps and bodybuilding drinks that do the same just as effectively.
 
L-arginine is a great erection enhancer (almost as good as tadalafil in the immediate moment I'd even argue). I take 2500 mg a day as it's supposed to help with rebuilding tissue.
 
Actually you'd be doing yourself a favor by taking a protein supp. You get L-arginine plus the 21 other amino acids. You can still take the L-arginine supps too if you want.
 
L-arginine doesn't increase NO2 levels per say, but it does help with its synthesis. This is the reason why I take L-Arginine with my NO2-increasing products..

finally some one who knows what they are talking about. NO2 is suppliment companies response to prohormones being taken off the market. They needed somthing new to keep people buying crap they dont need.

In order to get the effects that NO2 (l-argenine) claims to give you, you would have to take thousands of milligrams or basically the equivalent of an entire bottle. Raise your insulin some other way.

I hear people saying it makes them better in the gym all the time. Its called a placebo effect. The only time NO2 did anything in the studies ive read was when it was given intravenously in large quantities.

Don't get me wrong, its good for many other things but not for raising NO significantly.

^ Thats because the dose probably isn't high enough.

When I go higher dose with the stuff (10g+) I really notice a difference.

I remember when I was using some Arginine based supps when I was younger I actually noticed my EL would be about .5" longer.

I haven't really tried it specifically for that reason in awhile, but this thread makes me want to again.
