Turkey neck and Saggy looking balls

Ok I have posted before about my turkey neck, but now what I want to know is there a way non surgically that I can get my balls to look better. Currently looks all wrinkly and saggy looking plus the affect of turkey neck. (Do I lose weight? because I am about 185 and 6'2 skinny frame but I think my thighs are kinda big.)

Also the skin sometimes doesn't even hang in the middle sometimes the extra skin is on both sides of my dick and is like attached to my fatty pad, If i pull the skin the it goes back to the middle. I really hate this and don't even want to show off my dick to any girls because of this. Anyone has overcome the turkey neck problem or atleast don't make there dick looking wrinkly (lotion?)
 
If the skin has been stretched then i carn't see what you can do apart from try and get a set of low hangers
 
This is just an 'out-there' set of suggestions I'm having on a friday night after being out on the beer...
1. Try Kong's erect skin stretch for a start - get an erection and pull your skin backwards and hold
2. grab penis at point where scrotum meets penis base, hold here, then grab penis below head and stretch from here, thus focussing all stretch on penis skin not scrotum skin
3. when doing a-stretch or similar exercises ensure the wrist is against penis not balls
4. ice packs against area of balls that is becoming part of the turkey neck

And basically, look at it this way, as I do. If you have this bit of turkey neck, and you increase your length thu Penis Enlargement, the turkey neck should naturally just kind of fade into oblivion as your length increases.

Actually, the opposite is true. If you increase your length without stretching the skin, your turkey neck will get much worse. Try stretching your ball sac downward while pulling your penis upward, while holding it at the mid-shaft or base area. You should feel an intense skin stretching. Then, pull the penis downward while stretching the ball sac upward. This will feel strange at first, and might feel like you are twisting your balls around your penis, but it will really help.

These two stretches are all outlined in DLD's testicle health massage.
 
Yeah I realise now how what I said could be misinterpreted. What I meant was basically, if your penis gets much bigger and longer through Penis Enlargement then you won't notice the turkey neck so much... or somethin like that.
 
Just to update this thread...

I've been trying this over the past 2 months and it's actually caused me a serious INCREASE in the problem rather than helping it.

What's happened is that my balls have become much more low slung, but at the same time the point of attachment of scrotum to penis remains the same; therefore the peno-scrotal webbing has actually increased.

What I am going to try now is encircling with one hand near the base/midshaft and one near the top, and pulling in opposite directions, and seeing how that works.

On a related note, I'd like to query what is actually aesthetically pleasing when it comes to the whole balls region? It seems that this is far more of a grey area than penis aesthetics. The whole 'bull balls' thing is something I've never personally thought looks good, but I'd like to know what the ladies think. Has anyone ever had any feedback in this area?
