i am currently looking to go vegan. This journey of mine is extremely difficult for most if not all of the things I would like to have needs to me make from scratch. Problem is Im not that good of a cook. I need someone to help me put together a simply yet delicious vegan meal plan that I can follow. I am not vegan at the follow. I typically eat the same meal everyday chicken and pasta with broccoli mushrooms and onions. Going vegan will be extremely tough because a lot of the sauces I use are not vegan and I dont want my food to be dry. I obviously need a lot of help so if anyone can contribute I am all ears.

Why are you doing this? Is there a goal involved?

Step 1: Go vegan
Step 2: Loose your ability to get an erection, strength, and muscle mass; Accuse anyone who can bench more than 100lbs of being on gear
Step 3: Return to a normal diet consisting of dead animals
Step 4: Get morally crucified by other vegans for eating meat
Step 5: Attempt to go vegan again

Congratulations, you have entered the infinite loop of mindless, occult like dieting. Enjoy your loose stool, low testosterone and future diabetes.

I was thinking the same. Without animal protein, particularly beef, it is difficult to maintain muscle mass. It will also effect you brain in a similar way.

I am a hobbyist powerlifter, one of the guys I train with is a vegan but he's 5"11 (160lbs) and can deadlift 520. He follows this template:

Total Daily Calories:
Your bodyweight (kgs) x 40 = ___ CPD

Total Daily Carbohydrates:
( ___ CPD x 0.5) ÷ 4 = ___ grams of carbs per day

Total Daily Protein:
( ___ CPD x 0.3) ÷ 4 = ___ grams of protein per day

Total Daily Fat:
( ___ CPD x 0.2) ÷ 9 = ___ grams of fat per day

check out raw till 4 diet, you eat raw whole uncooked plant based foods as much as you want (keep it healthy) until 4 oclock then you eat large carb meals like potatoes and pasta. If you are lifting weights and trying to gain muscle i would eat lots of beans and rice its a complete protein and as long as you keep fats and sugars in check anyone will look very health doing vegan.

kind of weird, but i did vegetarian for like 5 months last year and I didnt lose any strength at all. I was still eating junk but considering i didnt track any protiens or anything i mean I guess its just mind over matter.

If you want to be vegan - a raw vegan diet is probably the best way, with lots of health fats :)!

I will send a message to LIGHTNING to chime in as he is a Vegan.

I'm not a vegan, but I used to look up vegan substitutes for specific foods like pasta and hot dogs (knowing the shit they put in hot dogs would turn anybody sane off of them, bare least make them question eating them).

I can only give you the resource that I know, which is a youtube channel called Tastemade. They have a series called "Raw. Vegan. Not Gross." hosted by a cute (but man voiced) chick.

Here's the link to their playlist:

Wish I could be of more help, but with 41 recipes I'm sure you'll be able to at least notice a trend with ingredients for marinades, sauces, etc. Also, know that you will need to be buying a shit ton of supplements alongside food, so keep that in mind.

By all means go vegan! Look into going RAW VEGAN though, I was for 5 years. And it was the best shiz ever... You need to look at recipes and research it yourself though... You Tube has every thing you will need. Get your carbs in by eating massive amounts of fruit. And eat super foods and start researching super herbs. Sex will be fantastic. TBH. I am not vegan any more though, I do eat cooked foods now. So. If you looking to be super crazy clean. And wanting to get into yoga and mostly clean out every cell in your body. Do it!! And after a couple of years. You will know what your body needs.
