Hey everyone

I always saw going through multiple forums(pe/bodybuilding) and multiple posts that people said that if you push away all your fat away on your fatpad while 100% erect that is what your penis will look like if you loose weight to where their is little to almost no fatpad

Also that every 35 pounds of FAT lost equals an inch to your EL . But if you gain the fat back you loose EL size. This is what doctor OZ / oprah pretty much said and ive seen it on alot of forums aswell.

So I tried the test

Heres my regular EL

And with the fat pushed away

As you can see the 2nd pic with all the fat pushed down and away looks way bigger

My regular EL size came out to 4 5/8
While my EL with fatpad pushed away came out to 6 5/8
So it seems I have a 2 inch fatpad? Correct?

Im wondering because ive also read that people only gained about .5-1 inch from loosing weight from obese to in shape. So im wondering if I loose the weight will I get 2 inches or .5?

Im weighed in at 242.6
5,8 tall 21 years old

Here are the rest of my measurments

Standing up against wall----

BPenis EnlargementL= 7.8 inches

--Flacid is Length 7 1/2 cm (3 inches)

--13 1/2 bpfl (2 small ticks to 5 1/2 inches)

--1 tick below 5 inch 1/2 for bpfl inch

Streched flaced el =12 1/2

Bpfl streched = 18cm

I think that if you Penis Enlargement and lose weight at the same time- you will be charmed and amazed by the results you will see.

You seem to be bone pressing from beneath. From above would seem more likely to show the true depth of the fatpad in my mind as at the bottom you mostly seem to be pushing away ballsack.

I measure my BPenis EnlargementL standing measuring on top of the base at a 90 degree angle

If you have a 2 inch fat pad, you could possibly gain around 1.5" in EL if you dropped down to say, 10% BF. That would leave you with a .5" fat pad, which I'd say is about normal for someone that isn't overweight.

That sounds good enough to me ha. So 10% bodyfat is prob around 140-150 pounds? For someone thats 5,8?

I told ya man- if you drop some serious fat weight and Penis Enlargement in the process you will be amazed by what you will see!!!

It all depends on how much muscle you have. Muscle weighs more than fat. But trust me, if you drop weight you will be happy with your results. Not only with how you look but with the increased visual EL you gain. Imagine dropping to that weight and Penis Enlargementing. You could gain +1" doing pe and +1.5" from dropping weight. You'd have a +2.5" in usable penis. Which would put you at 150% of your current size. Get motivated, committed, and do it. No justifiable reason not to.

It is just as important to engage diet and exercise and a solid pe program to expose all hidden penis and show new growth

Adding some to this:
I had a pretty big transformation in regards to this. My fat percentage is really low now, by doing 20:4 diet for a really long time.
It's important that you eat the right things, and move your body daily. A bike ride each day can be enough, but you should also do strength training (lifting weights). But you don't need to be obsessed with it, follow Mike Mentzer's training method to make it efficient.

Reduce carbohydrates and eat meat and vegetables. Eat natural food, not highly processed. Only drink water, tea or coffee. No liquid with high amount of carbohydrates. Your body can't process that efficiently, it's to much to handle.

Great advice as always
