I have seen fresh bamboo stock being pounded by hammer and then immeresed in hot water and then puounded again and immeresed in cold water.

Now we need a semi erect penis cover it with loose ace bandage which is drenched in nigella, or olive or mustard oil. Then heat your penis or you may take hot oil.

Take a wodden hammer and place the dick on a table and again pour oil. Now softly and gently hammer your penis not the glan. Pound it till you feel little pain.

I have tried red's "frendos" which I found to be effective that few times I trained using them. If they make your thing wider idk because it was only a few times though you do get a great pump.

Bamboo is a hard materiel with a straight fiber structure. And basicly what you do is to push the fibers placement with this method.

Sounds very risky..i dont see the point in doing this,there are so many manual girth exercieses that work so well and are 200 times more safe than this
