Hello there . As the title suggests , i will share with you a recipe to boost your stamina and blood flow before every PE session . This is only my preference , so you can adjust the grammage as you like .

This is what you need : Ginger Root Tea , Green Tea Leafs , Fresh Lemon and Water .

In 300ml of boiled water , i infuse 1 piece of ginger root tea , 1 teaspoon of green tea leafs , a half of lemon ( juice ) and sugar as you like . Be careful with the ginger root because is strongly flavored . I leave them in the water for 10 minutes .

If you want to try this recipe , drink it with at least 20 minutes before workout .

I'll down like two chopped garlic cloves with some water as a habit. I began to use it for my erection quality but I also like to eat it whenever I feel like drinking folgers coffee crystals so as to regulate my caffeine intake. I used to weight train on GNC brand arginine which feels pretty intense in the heavy sets. I wanna PE on that but I ain't got no money. However the best thing I do is find the sweet spot in my sessions in terms of eq. btw I only do constricors

I like to drink a quart of semen every morning. It has lots of testosterone in it, My Boy Scout leader told me so

All arginine does to me is make me fart like crazy. I threw 2 bottles of it I got for free away. Agmatine is the new arginine

hahahahah...funny joke. WAIT... is this a joke? were you taking it rectally??? and arginine suppository??? lol
 
It's not just arginine but a complete nitric oxide pump matrix.since it helped me power on a little heavier (like 10-15 pounds) I would imagine it could super charge smooth muscle like it does regular muscle
 
I think stimulants are bad for PE. So I would be careful taking a pre workout for PE

Cool idea. I prefer the simplicity and zero calories and zero unknown ingredients of 1, 200mg caffeine pill and some water.

Yeah It may not even make a difference pump-wise compared to excellent technique.
