I started doing exercises 2 weeks ago and it feels good so far.
I just want to make sure im doing it right tho.

I have alot of foreskin so when i stretch i often have to do it with the foreskin over the glans.
But even so i make sure that i grab under the glans so im not just stretching the skin.
Only when i stretch down i can do it with the foreskin pulled back. Im planning to try out baby powder tomorrow.

When i jelq i also do it with the foreskin over the glans. I have tried to have my other hand at the base preventing the skin going over the glans but i think this feels uncomfortable.

I have 2 questions:

1. Is there anyone else that stretch with the foreskin over the glans? Do people gain length doing it this way or does the foreskin have to be retracted?
When i stretch, i actually get the same feeling just stretching the skin and not the dick. Im afraid im just stretching the foreskin even tho i grab behind the glans (with the foreskin over the glans).
How do i know that im stretching correctly, not just the skin?

2. When i jelq i dont really notice any signs of blood going to the glans. Is the glans suppose to be red after you have done the jelqing? My foreskin becomes darker however, perhaps it is preventing the blood going to the glans?

1. Foreskin should always be retracted when stretching or much of the stretch will go to skin rather than tissue. For uncut men this is a challenge due to sensitivity but it becomes less and less sensitive as you become accustomed.

2. When jelqing try to also Kegel with each stroke and this will balloon the head more. The head of the penis is very hard if not impossible to enlarge due to the fact it is not covered by skin, which would allow the glans to hold the larger size. Many ideas to try and I am hoping for many more to come. If we could find a way to make this happen we would change the PE world in a major way.

i have foreskin and i do just that. retract the sking and hold below the head, this way u dont stretch the skin.

For some men, at first, the oversensitivity can be overwhelming but with continuous practice this sensitivity will calm down and the stretching will be easier and definitely more effective.
