So I had stopped doing length over the past few months to concentrate on girth work. As a result i just noticed that i had lost .5 inch and am now 7.5 bpel. And to tell you the truth, i don't really care. Ive read other people that have lost length after not working out for a while and it was back within a few weeks of stretching again. Can i assume that this is probably the ligs tightening and that they will stretch out fairly quickly if i start back up the length routine?
