So I had stopped doing length over the past few months to concentrate on girth work. As a result i just noticed that i had lost .5 inch and am now 7.5 bpel. And to tell you the truth, i don't really care. Ive read other people that have lost length after not working out for a while and it was back within a few weeks of stretching again. Can i assume that this is probably the ligs tightening and that they will stretch out fairly quickly if i start back up the length routine?
 
yea dude same thing happenned to me i stopped strecthing to focus on girth and lost about an inch on length but wen i started strecthing again it came back within a week...i think its the ligs tightening like you said
 
wen im focusing on girth i like to start with a little strecth routine before i start jelqing like rotary strecthes just loosen everything up so you can get the most out of ur jelqing and still keep length gains:)
 
I would agree but that wont happen once you do the lengthwork for long enough that it becomes permanent growth.
 
Im going to try and do some stretches in the downward direction to get the ligs loosened up again.
 
Most likely the length gains were not cemented. Just get at least a 15 minute stretch session in daily and you will regain and cement the lost gain.
