So I first found out about PE back in march or 2013. Started doing exercises for a month when I got a roommate and stop for privacy issues. I could of snuck into my room for an hour a day but for some reason did. I then moved in with my brother for a year and then back to my parents for a year and a half and now i'm finally back out on my own. Its sad to think of where I could be by now if I would of stuck with it but at least i'm trying to get back into things now.

I started back up doing basic stretches and jelging at the beggining of the year and I decided to go ahead and purchase a sizegenetics and bathmate. I have an idea of what routine I want to do and was hoping for some suggestions on tweaks to make this routine better.

The plan is the wake up and warm up in the shower for 5 minutes and then use the bathmate for 10-20 mins as I adjust to it. After shower perform manual stretches for ~5 mins and then start my day off. Once I get home from work do more stretches for ~5 mins and then start using sizegenetics while jelging every 1-2 hours to help with blood circulation. I might incorporate using the bathmate afterwards but not for sure yet. Plan to use the sizegenetics 4-6 hours during weekdays and 8-12 hours on weekends with sporadic days off. I know there will be adjustments made and fine tuning when I get use to wearing everything but as of now that is the goal.

Goals NBPEL: 7" EG: 5.5"
Current NBPEL 5" EG: 4-7/8" BPEL: 5.5" BPFSL: 6"

Get your mindset in place, take action, track your process, focus, adapt

"Believe in Yourself"
Determine a PE Goal
Know Why you want the PE Goal and the Benefits of the Goal
Create a PE-training Action Plan
Keep an accurate Journal of your PE-training and progress
Stay focus on the process not the Goal; the outcome will take care of itself.
Stay aware of your performance/effort/changes when PE-training
Adapt to changes
