Hi there everyone. I am really sorry for bothering you guys with the same question. I just cannot seem to figure this out on my own. It seems like penis exercises might not work for me while pushing back on my fat pad. It seems like when I push back on my fat pad it might push my base skin back also or something like that. Whenever I push back on my fat pad it seems like I am not able to get pressure on my penis all around it when I squeeze on it. Does anyone know why this happens? Thank you.
 
Sorry guys, Maybe i have figured out that is not my problem. In jelqing do I have to jelq the skin at my base for it to be effective?

Jelqs are effective when you see the expansion, skin doesn't matter when jelqing, just make sure to get solid expansion, and then you'll know you are doing fine.
With every rep, try to get your hand as much as possible low to hit entire shaft from base to glans.

I understand you questions and concerns...in your situation it would be best to forego the jelq in leu of the SlowSquashJelq. The SSJ will allow you to push back all fat pad and cover the entire shaft of the penis.
