I'll give my recommendations for a Kegel routine. I used to shoot about 6 inches to a foot, but after doing this for a couple months I would generally shoot about three feet or more. Not Peter North distance, but a definite improvement.

First I warmup with about five minutes of simple, fast kegels, about two or three per second. After that I'll move on to doing sets where I'm trying to get as strong a squeeze as possible. I listen to a song with a strong four count, and increase the pressure with each beat and then release for the next four count. After five minutes or so of that, I switch to holding as strong a kegel as possible for the full four count and then release for just two beats.

In total I like to do 15 minutes of kegel exercises each day, but feel free to go longer. You can't really overtrain the PC muscle. I do my exercises this way because it stresses the PC muscle in a variety of ways, both endurance and in max strength. I kegel along to music to keep my pace consistent and to keep it more interesting. As you progress with your PC routine, you'll find the workouts don't stress you as much. Then you can increase the intensity by adding more repetitions, decreasing the rest time, and of course just trying to squeeze even harder than before.

A strong PC is not only important for ejaculation volume and distance, but erection strength in general. For me personally if I'm not entirely hard, my dick is only 6 or 7 inches long. I have to get 100% erect to be the full 7.75", so I kegel to make my dick bigger too.

Whats the difference here between follicare, avacor, rogaine, etc... don't they all do the same thing? Also, I'm young (29) and have a fairly receded hairline (almost to the top center) so I dunno if it will help me at all.

I do notice sometimes when I'm taking a lot of supplements I see baby hairs starting to grow on my forehead/scalp but they never get beyond that stage... I wonder which supp is doing that?
