mods please dont move my thread - my goal with this thread
is to get you guys to do kegels - i think this exersise is neglected

Im not going to front and tell you its from kegels - cause that
video was taken before i even knew about pe

But i can tell you this FOR the past month ive been doing kegels
and i can shoot at least 5 feet , my favorite type of kegel
