Here is how I am wrapping now. The comfort is incredible. I use a silicone sleeve. Sports pre wrap and ACE bandage. You should probably use self adhesive ace also if you are using a bib or hanger that don't have great grip. This is the most comfortable wrap I have used.

Absolutely. It's style is the best compression style hanger in my opinion. And there is absolutely no worry when it comes to slippage.

I just timed it and it took me 47 seconds to wrap and put the hanger on. I'd take an hour to wrap if it guaranteed me gains

I want to start hanging whit the LM tomorrow,found a couple of stainless flanges that weight 4+pounds each can i start whit that weight maybe less more.

I suggest seeing what you can tolerate and go from there. From my experience, all devices grip different and affect the perception of the weight.

i see maybe should start whit one flange and see how it goes,increasing weight can be a not too fast process..

Always start out light and slowly but progressively add weight. Once at the point of being able to go 20 minutes with your maximum weight you have found the sweet spot. From here continue to add weight as able. But Still is correct, every advice will be different so keep that in mind.
