Okay, every time I do stretches I can feel skin soreness around the glans and every where. What can I do to prevent or help skin soreness when stretching?
 
make sure you are pulling from behind the glans, not the glans itself. the skin has to stretch a little before the other parts can stretch as well

I always try to grab behind the glans, but I also noticed my grip might slip a bit or skin drag. I can touch my dick in a flaccid state and I don't feel any skin soreness, but when I stretch out this is when I can feel the skin soreness.
 
it happens, you can try baby powder for a better grip. it might be worth getting a hanger or lengthmaster though you can stretch and stretch without worrying about grip
 
Since I started using my LM, I no longer get any skin soreness...I do get some fatigue from the training, but I consider that a +

Get latex or non latex gloves for better grip as well, or a therband.
 
Use Hydrocortisone cream after your workout. It will completely eliminate these issues.

I feel soreness some times during my routine but it goes away once I'm done with the routine. If your edperience is same as mine, you have nothing to worry about.
 
Sometimes ligament soreness can be intense but this will fade over a day off
