Hello, I'm doing a new routine that consists of 10mins of stretching & 10mins of jelqing, (I'm a newbie).
I got bloodspots from yesterday's workout, should I continue PE or rest?
My penis has no fatigue or anything, it's fine except for the bloodspots.
Please help thx.

The tiny read spots on your shat, is that what you mean? If so- go on and don't worry. I get these as well, but they fade after a few to several hours :). It is nothing to worry about. :)

These ones are abit bigger than normal and a purplish-black colour.

If the spots are smaller than pinhead size and dissipate within 24 hours, you can continue to train. If they're larger than that, it's a sign of overwork. Hot wraps/soaks, massage, and topical Arnica can help the spots to dissipate faster.

Those are signs of a beginner and even as you train further, there will be discoloration. Don't let that scare you. Use warm water to massage your penis. You can as well buy the MOS-RED from the MOS shop. It helps with bloodspot.
