If this is in the wrong sub forum feel free to move it.

Anyone had/have a partner who's undergone a partial or total hysterectomy? A partial would leave the cervix intact but a full removes even the cervix.

Would that remove the anterior and posterior fornixs? Or would it make them easier to hit? This is assuming they don't remove the upper portion of the vagina (I belive that's called a radical hysterectomy).

I'm curious about this.

I have not experienced intercourse with a woman that's had a hysterectomy, but it involves removing the uterus, tubes, ovaries and sometimes the cervix. This leaves the vagina completely intact and undisturbed...less the fact that the hormones for arousal stem from the parts taken. She'll need to replace them chemically which is an iffy proposition at best

Yeah they can remove a lot depending on what all needs done. You would think if they went from cervix "up" that the 2 fornixes would basically be right there and could be simulated at the same time. That's what I'd guess but I have no clue.

The hormone thing is the same as menopause. I know they can control it with meds though to help a woman stay sexually active. It's far more "instant" than menopause.

picture the vagina and cervix/uterus/ovaries as two separate entities. as the vagina becomes aroused it will lubricate and elongate to accommodate the penis, and the cervix will (hopefully) retract a bit so it doesn't protrude into the vaginal canal as much. Once coitus is complete, the vagina returns to it's previous shape. Now here's where the 'magic' happens, when a woman achieves an orgasm, the mouth of the cervix contracts/spasms and this motion acts as a suction in the newly deposited sperm to facilitate conception...truly amazing. This isn't to say that a woman must orgasm to get pregnant, it's just easier. This possibly could be a part of the 'natural selection' process where she 'knows' this is the 'right' partner for her

In addition to the cervix letting sperm in the upper 1/3 of the vagina will become larger in diameter to better hold the man's ejaculation.

I know more about the vagina than most women. Chalk it up to an obsession with it and I really paid attention in the Human Sexuality course I took in college.

I don't know much about this topic, all I know is that total hysterectomy is the removal of the Uterus. But what will prompt such removal?

Cervical cancer. There's a few others but I forget them.

Sometimes the Uterus simply falls and causes complications, this is another reason it is removed.

Okay so enough about why they do a hysterectomy. Who's banged a chick that had one done?

This is scary ?:(

Not really. The alternative is a woman who's constantly in pain or dead if she needs a hysterectomy and doesn't get one. If you're with someone you love and in that position you do what's best.

All women will go through menopause eventually. A hysterectomy forces it since the ovaries are removed immediately, not slowly shutting down over time. With the right hormone therapy a woman can continue feeling normal and healthy (and some need it during menopause).

With the wide variety of people here I thought maybe someone had experience with this.

Being in pains is not a good thing. It would be wise to allow a lady you are with to do this removal stuff if you truly love her. I get your point. Just haven't heard of this before.

It's a radical last resort many times to solve problems.

what do you call all that useless skin surrounding the vagina??

the woman :)

You call them the woman?

it's supposed to be a joke, but I'm sure something gets 'lost in translation'. all it boils-down to is that the only 'useful' part of a woman is her vagina and the rest is just skin (clearly not very funny when explained in this manner).

Why are the vagina and asshole so close together?

So you can pick up women like a 6 pack.

I told that to a girlfriend once. She was completely grossed out lol.
