Routine...tips?

I've been a member here for a while but have always found it difficult to Penis Enlargement for more than about 6 weeks at a time. Anyway, I'm gonna try again! My current measurements are 8.2 BPenis EnlargementL, 7.5/7.6 NBP, 5.5 EG. I would like 8" NBP and 6" EG, but I would be happy just with the girth so I am making my routine focused on that. Here it is:

5-min warmup with hot towel
5 min lazy ass stretch
BTC squatting rotary stretch - 30 cranks each side
then 4 sets of the following: 5 min wet jelqs, 1 30 second erect bend, 1 30 second Isolated Compression Squeeze.
I usually finish with a couple of SSJs, then 5 min warm down.
In practice this takes about 45 mins.

Thoughts?
Also, since we are going primarily for maximum expansion in girth work, I was wondering whether it was normal practice to kegel before I begin each wet jelq, as I find it feels like I am forcing the tissue to expand more. Does everyone do this?
