Hello! I have pretty recently maybe found out what kind of grip that i'm supposed to use when i stretch and i would like to hear the difference about them and so on.

Before i always just grabbed somewhere on my shaft where i get a solid grip and pulled. But yesterday i tryed a new thing. I rolled my foreskin back completly too grip right under my glans.
When i stretched like this it was a totally different feeling. It was only my shaft that got the stretch, the pubic area etc wasn't getting pulled by the stretch. Also it felt like my shaft got a more "proper" stretch along the shaft, but the stretch itself
wasn't as strong as how i have been doing before, since this grip hurts more in the upper part of my shaft and it's hard to get a solid grip to pull any harder when i do like this. The steel cord/septum everybody talks about, when i stretched like this i could really feel it. It felt like this stretch gave me a burning sensation around the frenulum/glans if i pulled too hard.

Can anyone tell me something about this? I just want to know how i should proceed. If this is the correct way to stretch i have maybe missed something x)

As my penis is very thin at the upper part and i have foreskin, it was hard for me to grip right under the glans and get a hard stretch. But if i roll back the foreskin it was easier to maintain a stretch.

Thanks!

Definitely roll back the foreskin. If you have trouble with slipping/grip strength, just dust some baby powder on your hand!

Gripping as low on the shaft as possible can help with expressive stretches.
I very rarely ever grip below the glans

When stretching from the top of the penis, just below the head you will always want to roll back the skin. At first it will be very sensitive but eventually this will go away. If you are doing Expressive Stretching you will grip from the lowest point on the shaft and stretch from there, no need to worry on foreskin with that exercise.
