Ridiculous; Bathmate BROKE!

So I'm just sitting, with the pump and vacuum on, and the seal ring breaks off with water going everywhere. I don't just mean I lost suction, but the ring of the seal literally broke off. So there is this skimpy ring on my cock, and then the rest of the Bathmate. This is very poor and I thought the Bathmate was well made. Anyone else had this or have I got a bad model. This is a genuine X-40, bought via DLD. Truly appalled.

You seem to have gotten a faulty model, it happens, send a email or pm to Bathmate and they will promptly help you out.

Ok thank you very much for the fast responses. I have sent an email outlining the issue and linking back to this thread. I can supply pics if necessary. It seems like some glue of some kind has not worked so I could maybe stick it back, but I wouldn't know what glue to use or whether this would work; plus its not really the point. Thanks again for your help.

Most products that are partially hand made as the Bathmate can have human error involved. We of course act on this swiftly and noone is left without a Bathmate for long in cases like this.

Agust, I can honestly say that nobody from Bathmate contacted me.
I raised this issue in October, nobody got back to me so I had this huge, unusable blue pump just laying around, so about a month ago I just threw it out.
I know it was a legitimate model because I ordered it through the website suggested by this forum. I had it delivered to DLD, who then forwarded it to myself because somehow that was a cheaper delivery method.

Did you buy it via the MOS link? If you, please PM me your full name or Order ID and I will look this up sir.

how many human errors is it going to take before you fix the comfort pad from coming off? i have owned four Bathmate products all official, apart from the X-40, the three hercs all lost the comfort pad very soon. and i'm not in the camp that likes to use without pad for comfort.

yes i have repaired them myself, but clearly not good enough, are you going to address this in future models? cant believe the comfort pad issue was not flagged in design testing.

Does the Bathmate go through any type of QA before being sent out? I know this is probably hard to do? But is there any kind of testing on the units before they are sent out to just make sure that at least the parts all work as they should? I realize that a quick QA session could not prevent some of the failures from happening but possibly help with at least a few?

First of all this is how you reglue the comfort ringhttp://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/entry.php?455-DIY-Comfort-Ring-Fix-With-link-to-glue-used. Also check out the recent Blogs on Bathmate modifications this could help you.

2nd when you are done using your Bathmate it is important to remember to dry it thoroughly after each use with a towel. next is do not let soap or other substances get on your pump. I would think this is self explanatory but this is why there is a problem with guys losing their comfort rings.

Otherwise you can pump fine without the comfort ring I have been using mine without it for a year no problems there. I have dropped my Bathmate, accidentally thrown my Bathmate, stepped on it, and used it every single, every, every, every day since I have owned it 14 months. It is in perfect working condition and has never failed to prove successful in my pumping.

What you are complaining about is your lack of appreciation

Bathmate is one of the absolute best penis enlarging devices you can and ever will find on the market. Simply take care of it and it will take care of you. It is affordable, it is durable, it is effective, it is brand new for purchase by anyone in the world. So expect a technical difficulty or two. I have never seen so many guys complain about something that not only costs $100 but it is an amazing tool that works in minutes!! And what it does is a miracle, I can't believe so many people have something negative to say, it really shows a lack concern for anybody but their self and if you don't care about anyone else why should Bathmate?

This was not a question to bash the company or the Bathmate product, please don't take it that way, I was just wondering what kind of Quality Control it goes through? Also, I do realize that something that costs about $100 can be so effective is amazing and I was not trying to bitch or complain. There are always a few or so that have problems... just like anything in this world that has moving parts etc.. something is bound to break.

I do agree with what you said, you take care of the Bathmate and it will take care of you... certainly.

I do know our input is fueling their next model changes but until then we will need to work with the modifications. I think the Bathmate is incredible but they are a new company and improving all the time.

I have also had the problem with the comfort pad coming off on the X-40. Yes it can be placed back on but this does need looking into for future model as not everyone will want to do that. Bathmate otherwise is really good.

dont talk to me like i'm some child turnover, clearly the money i have spent on this company shows appreciation otherwise i wouldn't repeat buy, are you on the Bathmate payroll or something?

1. Why should Bathmate care? Er, because they are a business and most good companies will look after their customers.

Bathmate are listening to your comments and I appreciate the feedback, good or bad as it improves the product for us all. I was actually the first guy on here to purchase the X-40 back in 2009 and from Agust, so its an honour to see how well its all gone.

I think Turnover is just being a knight He is very loyal and loves his Bathmate. We have had a few dodgy Bathmate users recently who have bought one and than said it didnt work or was broken. They than claim via paypal for refund and keep the Bathmate which wasn't broken. I assume this is why some comments can be 'heated' in regards to Turnovers convo's but he would have to explain.

This is priceless. My personal service in facilitating, answering questions, typing letters, creating posts, etc., etc. another priceless addition to the Bathmate pump. I have heard of NO OTHER ISSUE outside of the comfort pad, none. I think one guy had a slight valve problem and was shipped a brand new model. EVERY SINGLE GUY HERE KNOWS how MUCH Bathmate has done. Sure, it has taken some time to answer all customer emails, posts, phone calls, shit, I can't imagine what they have to deal with and THEY ARE NEW!

Let's stop with AIRING customer service issues on the forum and start finding creative solutions so we can grow with the Bathmate company as they strive to become better. I will set up a subforum in the near future for all customer service issues and this will serve to help people with similar issues. It is not a secret that needs to be reiterated 1000 times. There is many threads that already explain what the process is for replacement. Every single one of those threads ended with UNBELIEVABLE customer service. No one should fear anything in the process as the threads are there as evidence of such.

Please, everyone be patient and settle in for the long haul. Sometimes a LengthMaster can take up to 3 weeks to be derived! I do not have ONE disappointed customer! We are a brotherhood here and we all look out for each other. There is no getting duped on a forum that has been online since many guys were kids! We are a good group and we are here to help one another in all parts of the Penis Enlargement process. Have fun, learn some very cool ways to make your penis bigger and enjoy the ride.
