Why I posted this- Because tonight's stretching session caused an increase in BPFL 50% greater than I have ever had before, a little over 3/4" which is a lot considering my regular flaccid size.

So tonight I'm in a good mood getting ready to do my stretch routine. I've recently discovered I like a certain DJ Tiesto from the Netherlands and had his CD in my computer. Long story short- I was bouncing around a bit, the way you can only when you're by yourself. :)

A few minutes later I was half way through my first stretch- straight BTC- which I do standing and leaning forward. Without even realizing it I started bouncing some more; a little side hop here, a little hip drop there, almost instantly my stretch begins to go farther and farther out. Yeah!

Those of you who have read my routine know I am an advocate of "wave" stretching, where a series of short stretches leads up to a longer maximum stretch. As I observed my gyrating self, I noticed that my bopping around was really like doing lots of mini wave stretches in a row. Easy Example- During the straight OTS stretch I kept bending my knees to the beat which kept adding a little extra stretching every other second or so. During the left SO stretch I kept leaning to the right on the beat again increasing the stretch.

My background is strength training and everything I've learned says that when it comes to stressing our body static/uniform stress= less effective. I think that dynamic stretching, at least occasionally can help really increase our ROI from Penis Enlargement work. Obviously the Techno is optional, but why mess up a good thing?

Anyone gonna test this out and back me up or prove me wrong?

In conclusion- I think this could be:
A) More effective!
B) A lot more fun that regular static stretching!

I am, however, still working on what to say if I get caught doing it. LOL
