If you guys have never tried this, you should. I have been using this after my sessions, usually finish by doing right, left, and in the middle 30 seconds to a minute each. I do it three times, meaning I stand up and rest for 25 seconds to a minute. This is to finish off my sessions and it causes tremendous lig burns like I've never had before, I can feel the ligs coming away from the pubic bone during the stretch, or at least that's how it feels. I pull down towards the floor and back towards my butt, more like a 35 degree angle from the pubic bone. This is a good way to end a session if you want to "feel" the work, and you get to make your legs stronger and improve endurcance while you're at it.....
