not a newbie to.pumping but haven't.pumped n.months just been.stretching... how long should I flaccid pump till I.move.up to.erect pump

Why do you have to flaccid pump before going erect? There is no reason for this, anyone can start erect from the beginning.

go in as close to 100% as possible and then 'ease-up' the pressure...the more your body can tolerate, the higher the pressure. Maintain awareness of how you're responding, if you feel any sharp pain then back-off. I pump to my max and hold my EQ as long as possible, but if I've been away for a few days I need to be careful about trying to get to full expansion immediately...it'll take a session or two to get back to where I was before the break

Exactly.

The only point to flaccid pumping, at best, would be an increase in flaccid size but this will happen anyway with erect work. In order for there to be girth growth each session needs to bring temporary gains above your normal girth size. If you are training at a erection level that is too low you will never cross the 100% mark. Too better understand this concept look at the Penis is a Balloon not a Rope.

5 minutes at full intensity is where you want to be, this is the point the penis takes on retention (fluid). After 5 minutes you should go directly into 5 minutes of SSJ or Jelqs. This process goal is to be repeated 3 times.
 
Think of it as "water blister." Stay in the pump too long, usually results in a doughnut foreskin or very puffy look, penis feels puffy.

Best to do what DLD told, the 5x5x3 program!

Like everyone said go in at or as close to full erection as possible. When I'm able to watch ���� during a pumping session and thus maintain full erection the entire time I come out of the pump much bigger. I don't get to do this often enough.

Normal and expected. Be sure to warm down and warm up, this will help prevent spotting. How long were you in the tube?
