You'll find your 'sweet-spot', it just takes a bit of time along with a lot of 'trial and error'. The main 'take-away' would be to have 100% awareness of what your body is telling you. It took me several weeks to 'finally' understand what works best for me...and just when you think you have it nailed-down, it's time to change it up again, (always keep you d!ck guessing!)
