Problem ordering Sizegenetics product

I received an email last week about the product discount price of 165. I had been thinking about getting an extender but a different brand. I did some research and decided the other day to order.
When I placed the order, first it said that the MOS promo was not longer any good and then it gave me another one. It turned out giving me an extra 5% off.
I was glad of that.
The problem is that when I try to order, it says that the card is denied. I called the company twice and they told me to talk with the bank and that it may be an "overseas" thing.
The said they saw where it was denided, but said that it should work.
I tried one more time and still get the same message.
I called the company and said that I would just mail them a check and they said that they were not sure that I could get the extender for the discounted price as it was through the matters of size forum.
Anyone have any advice or can help with that.
As a college student, money is always tight and I can not pay the full price.

I have called sizegenetics several times and everyone has been super helpful. I am awaiting a call back from them to let me know if my check will qualify for the discount. I see your post that I can still use a check. That is great, but do I still use the MOS promo code?

In addition to that as a pre-med student, they will have my endorsement after grad. school. (if they want another endorsement)
