Pills? Do they actually work?

I have done some reading around and have found all they do is make you have stronger erections. All the reviews I see are positive but I'm guessing these reviews are all fakes that were written by the people selling them. I was thinking of buying a 1 month supply of maleextra and seeing for myself.
They all claim that they add 3+ inches to your penis but that's very hard to believe.
Has anyone here taken them? What was the result?

If they were so powerful it would be so mainstream in Penis Enlargement world, nobody would be doing exercises!

All they are is a SUPPLEMENT ... that is it .. a supplement to a healthy active lifestyle and in our case thats doing penis enlargement alongside the supplementation. Idea is that the ingredients are meant to increase circulation inside the penis, healing, growing etc and no doubt that some products do this but many are bogus plus certain ingredients can kill people with underlying health problems, such as YOHIMBE thats commonly added which can cause lethal heart arrhytHydromaxia.

My advice is stay clear of them all and just stick with a good brand of multi vitamins & minerals that you are safe to take.

I think the generally accepted consensus is that they may work in addition to using pe, but alone they will not cause you to increase in size. Some of them will make you harder, but many are just crap in a bottle.

Penis enlargement pills are supplemental just like supplements you would purchase in a gym. They are taken in addition to physicals efforts in pe. They bring greater blood flow and harder erections which benefit girth work. The increase in blood flow will also allow the penis to hang longer and heavier in flaccid state.
