SIR--

Im have a question regarding stretching -
when you pull on the penile shaft- to start the Exercises, are you to pull so that you feel the stretch throughout the whole SHAFT?
Or- When you pull are you to feel the Stretch at the base where the Ligs are connected?

It seems like I am grabbing too far down and pulling until I feel the base of the penile shaft stretching-

Hi Ron and thanks for your question. You will feel it mainly at the base of the penis where the ligaments connect to the penis. You want to grip just below the glans.

another quick question for 1st Phase BASIC STRETCHING-- The CD Instructions tell me to do 2 sets of basic stretching-
A straight down- 30 to 60 sec-- Right 30-60--Left 30- 60 sec-- Rotaries 2 sets of them,
However when i read the jacket you say also do behind the cheeks straight uo and straight out for 30- 60 seconds-
am I missing the work out?

Also very important I felt a lig pop and its is slightly swollen, a little painful, but not too-, I find that when I stretch I use my other hand for more leverage to get a stronger pull, has this ever happened to you? I dont wanna miss a work out due to this

Follow the directions on the Jacket as it has a slightly better routine. This was a typo never caught. Lig pops are normal and happen to many guys. They can be very scary and may cause anxiety but they are nothing to fear. The pain concerns me though, I answered you in another thread but you could reply here.
 
Ok - so your telling me the typo on the jacket is something to disregard and stick to the VIDEO ?
And also the dull pain in my lig is normal, I assume I need take it more easy,
Honestly its freaked me out and im pretty stressed about that--/ is it ok to Penis Enlargement less force on STRETCH?

I had a lig pop not long ago and yeah it was painful at first, and abit sore now. All is good tho, just take it abit easy for the next few days then see how you feel and pick it up again. Don't work too hard if you are still feeling alot of pain.
 
LIG POP-- OK Perhaps Stretch take it a bit more easy, I just dontwanna skip a day- I am in my 6th week and already a injury-
damn- do you think I should only stretch one side? instead of the Left sore side?

Lig pops are normal and do not require time off. Also, soreness is very expected at the base of the penis, this is also normal.

I Cant seem to find the stretch for STRAIGHT OUT--L, CENTER, R,
I CANT seem to find Video of Stretch for UP L, UP Center, Up R--

My logical assumption is this is the same Technique just different Directions.

Hi Ron, I answered this elsewhere but can't remember where. You will use the identical technique for all stretch positions, as in the video. We only filmed for one position because it shows everything you need to know. From there apply this to all stretches in Phase 1.
