Hello MOS community!

This is going to be my first post! I have been on and off PE for about 3 years now and have made 0 gains to my knowledge, but have never had a full understanding of PE as I relied solely on devices having ever only used the size genetics on and off and the bathmate but never staying committed and taking too many rest days.

Well now after hearing from my current lover that she has had a monster too thick and too long in her with her last BF...it broke my heart and has got me committed again to taking this seriously this time and give it a fair shake. I've always seemed cursed with girlfriends that have told me the exact same thing, and whether they are telling the truth or not, I know compared to most in size I do not match up being just average 5.5 NBPEG x 4.75 MSEG.

Anyways I just wanted to share some modifications I made to the PF, since I love this device! The only problem I have found with it, is that because of the foam O ring creates too much friction against the base of the shaft and starts to chafe and become uncomfortable after about 1 hour of use. So this is how i remedied this problem (check picture).

I also switched out the terrible condoms that come with the PF with the foolproof AB silicone anti turtle sleeve...which has been a blessing. Been using the silicone sleeve for 5 months now no problems and it creates such better suction and is so durable in comparison with the original sleeves. If you are using the original sleeves the AB silicone sleeves will save you money in the long run and suction problems. I just took one sleeve and cut it down in size to the same length as the PF original condom.

Back to the modification of the removal of the O ring, I am curious because I feel like I am getting the proper stretch without the O ring still with the modification I have made but am curious what you guys think? And am i losing anything or potential from taking out the O ring (is it necessary for the device to work?) as im finding this method to be WAAAY more comfortable and able to wear all day! And it seems like because I am in the yellow zone on the device that it is giving the same amount of traction? View attachment 33121View attachment 33122View attachment 33123

I have zero experience with The SG, but what I can tell you is that The BM is incredible if used/modded properly. Intensity is the key component and once you've become accustomed to your BM out of the box, you can add The VacuVin winemod to increase the power by at least triple. This is not for the faint of heart and I advise to tread carefully (ask me how I know), but the temporary expansion is astounding and will make your GF forget about any other d!ck that's been inside her! If consistent and aggressive, those temporary gains will become permanent and the cycle gets repeated. My best results are entering the cylinder at as close to 100% EQ as possible and maintaining it for as long as you can (minimum 5 minutes, better if 10) remove and squish-out any water retention then repeat...I do at least 3 ten minute sessions with a couple minutes of WR removal in between. Also, Kegeling while in the cylinder will promote crazy expansion...highly recommended! With discipline and dedication, you'll be the 'monster' she'll be talking about
 
I would highly recommend reevaluating those tools and read through the SRT routine. If you use the tools the proper way you will make incredible gains.

On the girlfriend, 'don't believe the hype' a subconscious method of control with women is to try to take control and the biggest method is bringing up a past fantasy. I would not do this because she said she was with __________, I would do this for you! My ex used these control tactics through our entire relationship and they worked, I felt like crap and I did PE to beat her ex's. I understand today that if I do things for other people out of fear or insecurity it is the wrong method, so I do things for me and if that jives with others that is great, if not it has no effects on me. Today you start a new you for you! She will enjoy what you are doing also but do it for you.

Thank you for your response DLD, so you are saying that I should just use the phallosan as intended with the O ring and try to work through the pain? Also I purchased a MOS membership and am starting from the newbie routine onward, how would I implement the SRT routine into the program? Should I just try to use the phallosan throughout the day as much as I can until girth work before bed? And at what intensity I wonder?

Also im wondering if the main reason i've never gained before is the fact I never JELQED and only used traction devices on and off? I read somewhere this can toughen your tunica making it hard to gain later on.

And on the girlfriend issue, you are completely right. And I have to want to do this for me not her. Only issue is the reason the argument came up was because she brought up one time in a conversation that bigger is not always better and said "trust me I know" And that hit me hard because I knew what she was inferring. Later on she found my bathmate and then I had to explain to her what it was and what PE is and then she brought up the fact that her last boyfriend was way too long and thick and was glad they broke up for that reason.

She then said she doesn't want me hurting myself chasing a "dream" and said when she first had sex with me she knew I was the perfect size for her. But when I said I am going to continue to chase the "dream" as she put it, she didn't seem to care and said "if you want to do it, then don't worry about me I can work with it".

But I felt that she now feels like I am insecure over my size and she has this trump card over me now. Is this maybe the "control tactics" you referred to? For all I know she was lying, but it shouldn't matter because I wan't to gain and I honestly don't care how she feels about it because it is for me and also to rub in her face later and tell her "see, look PE does work" :)
 
Thanks for the reply Big Schwanz Acht! So you are saying the bathmate (especially with your recommended mod) can lead to permanent gains if done frequently enough? So far im using the bathmate at max pressure 6 times a week for 15 minutes after JELQING work is completed. The temporary gains from my bathmate fade within 30 minutes close to my original girth.

Also how do you "squish-out" out the water retention?

I tend to get WR just below the glans (donut effect) and I squeeze from that point down through the shaft until the donut is no more...then bck in The BM for more...rinse/repeat

I would switch over to SRT. You have what you need to do the routine and it is far better than any other routine. If it seems to be too much cut the entire routine in half. Have no fears of hurting yourself as SRT not only safely focuses on gains it also puts great importance on healing. Forget about her trump card, turn the tables by never mentioning your size again, just get bigger and watch her trump card slip out of her sleeve!
