Had to write this as I do this lol. I have my PF on and doing kegels. I'm wearing it with the strap over my shoulder straight up. Good stretch up and I kegel and the resistance I am getting feels great. I haven't done resisted kegels in years. I'm holding my base and can feel the tug on my base as I kegel. It's definitely something I am gonna start doing when I get home as I don't have enough room in my uniform to do this. I have it at yellow and can kegel it to the top of red on the gauge. Feels frickin awesome. I'm fatigued after 50 reps of hard squeezes. Very nice. I forget about kegels all the time lol. If only they could be done with a machine lol.
Longth will like this since he is the kegel guru. Big ups to brother Longth.
 
I have no clue. It just feels great lol. I just have to tie up the gauge because it likes to pop off from time to time. The base of the gauge is becoming looser so I'll have to tie it down. I hate the things I have to do to it but I still love using it. Shows how stubborn we can be for extra time stretching our dicks hahaha.
 
Doing these right now. Very enjoyable. I dont like normal kegels with no resistance so this is a great addition.

I some times do kegels whilst pulling my penis. Also very good.

Sounds like a useful exercise for when on the move when you dont have a towel or phallosan at hand.

Definitely, the advantage of the phallo is you can gradually add more pressure and resistance over time for more over load

Well I personally see the phallo kegels as more of an exercise I´ll just do now and then throughout the day without thinking too much about it or adjusting the tension. I think of towel raises as my main kegel work which I work on progressing and then these are supplementary. But of course you´re right and they can be used this way too.

I personally felt very little if any difference with the tension on Phao. If I was at the green or yellow or red, felt pretty much the same.

Hmm, I can only hypothesize since I don't have one. Imagine you can shorten the belt to increase tension though?
