Hello,

I am new here and new to Penis Enlargement.

I've been doing the Phase 1 routine for about a week now, and yesterday during the jelq session, my penis suddenly went limp. It's like it deflated. I attempted to do a few more jelqs, but I wasn't able to get erect again, so I stopped with the jelqs and finished the Penis Enlargement session with testicle massage and warm down.

Today I noticed it is somewhat difficult to get an erection, and when I do get one it's weaker than usual. I also feel like I lost sensation on my penis; it doesn't feel good or a turn on when I touch it. It just feels like I'm touching it. There is some pain along the top of the penis, especially on the top about a half inch to an inch behind the head, where the foreskin fold area begins.

During the stretching part of the Phase 1, I would get some pain on that part of the penis too. I would adjust how I gripped the penis, but it is hard to get a good stretch in without somehow squeezing that part of the penis I mentioned.

I read something about the dorsal nerve being susceptible to injury during jelqing. Could I have damaged it? What can I do about it?

Is there something I should adjust with my jelq grip to avoid damaging this area further, assuming I haven't just ended my penis' career?

How about during stretching?

Jelqing, at first, is strange and brings sensations you may have never felt before. Usually, if the penis goes flaccid during training, it is because it is either fatigued or your mind was not focused. It is easy, after loosing an erection, to obsess about it which can cause the issue to become more than it is. Go every other day for now until you become more used to it. Also, having some ���� on during a session really helps.

Also make sure you are jelqing with an OVER HANDED grip. Jelqing with your thumb dragging along the TOP of your penis can damage nerves and cause erection issues. Also, jelqing with the thumb on top is a horrible method anyway...you can't reach as close to the body. I don't know WHY a man would jelq that way. It's SO counter intuitive IMO.

SWM2, I've been jelqing with the technique shown on the DVD. I agree, it is hard to get fully close to the body like that. I try to avoid having my thumb bones dragging along the top of my penis, but it is somewhat inevitable. I try to have the webbing of my hand over that area. That area on top of my penis is still somewhat painful. The pain runs all the way to the back of the head, at the center. Perhaps I have some nerve damage or irritation already?

Can you show me a picture or a video example of the overhanded grip?

Never a problem:) Just remember, starting Penis Enlargement will bring many changes to your penis, some will take a bit to get used to:)

SWM2, is there somewhere else that video is hosted at? I haven't been able to see past the halfway point. I tried downloading it and it also wouldn't complete fully.

DLD, personally, I haven't noticed. Only a few websites lagging a little. Maybe it's an area issue?
 
Ive been having a lot of trouble jelqing too. Im going to check these videos when I can get fucking privacy at home. I can do about 200 before I drop wood but I do it like a caveman and I never thought to do it over hand which I am going revamp my whole routine with the help of these videos!!!
 
Turnover, have you developed any pain on the top of your penis? Also, let me know if you're able to see the whole jelq video SWM2 put up. I haven't been able to get it to finish loading.
 
I get the same problem not being able to view SWM2 video past halfway, but i have started using the overhand grip and it is WAY better imo. i tried doing the standard ok grip from way back but it never seemed to work that great and because i have foreskin there is a lot of skin movement lol. but anyways hope the video works at some stage to help a lot of people out.
