Ok all you PA addicts(like me). Here is a routine I have talked to DLD about.

10 A-Stretch (5 with left,5 with right)
10 2 Handed A-Stretch
10 Bow and Arrow (5 rt and 5 LT)
10 2 handed Down and Out .

I do all for 30 seconds in a cycle....1 each straight down the list until all ten are done. DLD has recomended doing this 2 2times for a total of 20. I know the first ten really give me a good stretch so I am looking forward to what 20 will do.

I also brought up doing erect stretches with the PA and I plan to explore this more. If anyone has any input about which PA exercises could be done erect, let's have some input. I plan on only using the PA for my length for the next several months to see what I can get done with it.

I hope everyone has set their New Year's goals and have already started working hard to get them!

I have still yet to receive mine but I can't wait. This really looks like a great device which should give me some good length gains.

No problem man. Like I have said before, I believe this should be MOS's premier Penis Enlargement device as it is yours(and others I am sure) creation. I have tried all types of Penis Enlargement with little success but when I finally broke down and did some "work", that is, manual stretching, I have finally started to see gains. I really believe that the PA will be my key to future manual success. I hope it catches on enough that others will begin to use it a lot and we can track some definitve numbers with it.

I don't mind at all that you linked my post, but how about do one other thing for me, delete one of the 2's in the line, "doing this 2 2times" so I don't sound like such an idiot.

Well, I did the above routine last night and instead of doing it 2 times I just held each stretch for a full 60 seconds instead of 30. Funny thing is, I didn't feel the immediate soreness like before but it hit me like 30 minutes late and was much more of an intense soreness. BTW, I forgot to add that I add rotory(sp) cranks at the half-way point and at the end.

For those of you who just got your PA, post your routines and methods with it so we can start to track some of our gains.
