Hey guys,

I have kept a routine thread updated nearly every day for the past 4-5 months. I have consistently hanged with a Bib Starter and for over a month now have added the Size Genetics extender. With that being said, I have barely made a .25 overall length gain, and I really haven't made gains in a month or two. That is even considering I'm hanging as high of a weight as 16.25 lbs currently.

Can anyone tell me what they think the problem is? I have dedicated a LOT of time to this so far and the gains have been way to small if non existent.

The only two things I can think of are excessive masturbation or maybe I am actually hanging too many sets. To counter the masturbation I am going to not ejaculate for 30 days starting today. After 30 days I will see if it made a difference.
 
the abstinence from masturbation and/or �naked people movies� will help for sure. the longer you can go without it, the better, in terms of EQ. not watching �naked people movies� at all will probably reduce your stress levels. as for not gaining, I was going to ask about your intensity, but since you're hanging substantial enough weight to gain, that isn't the problem. how are you hanging? you have to hang at the right angle unique to your own body in order to optimize the stretching stress and make gains as fast as possible. not a lot of people play into it, but with hanging, looking into the LOT Theory is a great place to start. I hung for a month and gained just over .25". that was hanging SD. I then recalled that my LOT was at about an 8 or 9. I just switched to OTS and I can feel the stress so much more. it's different for everyone. so yes, look up the LOT theory. the only other thing I could suggest is just feeling the ligaments while you stretch to make sure they are being stressed.


I highly doubt hanging for too many sets could ever be a problem, unless it is causing your sets to get as low as 3 minutes or something. you can't really overtrain a stretching action like you can a strengthening action as in lifting weights. you're weakening the ligaments in order to stretch them anyway, so that shouldn't be an issue. I hang for 3 sets of 20 minutes, and that gave me my gains so far, so compare to that.

Thanks for the reply man. As far as LOT goes, I checked that before starting to hang with BIB, and since I had a very high LOT of 9 to 10 plus, I was told to hang BTC and SD for a very long time (years). I have wanted to try different angles, but I am going to stick to the lower angles based on LOT theory for now.

I just contacted Bib and based on my questions his recommendation had to do with weight. He said with hanging guys fall into a bell curve where some guys have really weak ligs and others have really strong ligs, but most fall in between. He said I could be one of those guys with the stronger ligs that need substantial weight to start truly stretching. According to him, some guys do not start truly seeing gains until they get to 30 lbs hanging. I am not sure how true that is for me personally, but maybe I really do have strong ligs that won't start stretching that much until 20 lbs, 25 lbs, or even 30 lbs. That would mean another few months before the gains start truly coming. As frustrating as that is, no gains come without patience, especially for someone like me that is hoping for 3 + inches.

I also just thought of another potential issue. I was attaching the hanger basically halfway on top of my glans, so really high up the shaft. I just moved it closer to the base. Maybe that could have been the problem?
 
I hear ya man. I didn't get sore until I got up to 25 lbs. Right now I'm using 30 and I get a moderate soreness after stretching. If your gains are minimal with SD stretching, I'd suggest switching it up for a month just to experiment.

I'd also suggest attaching closer to the base like you said. I just discovered that toeing-out is much more comfortable for me than toeing-in since the pressure is kept of the head. it also allows me to attach closer to my base. I think the closer you can attach to the base, the better, since the further in the structures being stretched are, and the more intensity you can exert on them, the better. attachment that is close to the base will help with this.
 
So since it seems you must have been hanging for a while, can I ask how much you personally gained and how long it took you (solely from hanging)?
 
Hey man, also one other question. I actually checked your threads and I see you gained something between .5-1 inch, am I correct? What was the time span on those gains?

Okay, the other question I wanted to ask was at what weight did you begin to see the gains come in, because it seems like you changed weight a lot in a short amount of time.
 
I never gained from hanging I tried it and it took up to much time,have you tried manual exercises and using the extender or a sleeve to prevent turtleing.
Do you turtle alot????

Excessive masturbation might be the culprit here. It works against both length and girth. Hanging is not my thing so I can't really say anything about it. I myself want to abstain from masturbation for 30 days as well.
