I have used the Mitysleeve with my Mityvac cylinder, that is a great fit!

Hello, I wish I had discovered this forum earlier.
Seven years ago or maybe a little more than that, I started using some exercises to enlarge my penis.
The reason I started was that the girls were always disappointed when I took off my clothes.
Not to brag but I always had the best hotties, but over time their reaction started to frustrate me.
So I started practicing, for six months I only did jelq & ssj and hoped for the best. (I was then 5.2x4.7)
Then I discovered the extender and I stopped manual exercise, I used the extender for about 4-5 months 8 hours a day.
During that time I had a lot of injuries, hah I didn’t give up even then until I made a big wound under my head.
Then I stopped to treat myself and along the way looked for another way to enlarge my penis.
Then I discovered bathmate hidromax x30 and used it for five years until last summer when I gave up.
I’ve made some gains but I’m not happy, I’m currently 7.1x5.2 I was expecting a lot more in thickness in five years of bathmate.
What I was doing wrong 5 yrs bathmate about inch in girth, I was expecting at least two ... I don't understand.
What should I do to get 6.5 in girth and for what time approximately?

I hope you still have your bath night because that’s going to be the fastest way for you to gain girth. He most likely we’re not using it in the best way and the best way to use it is through the SRT routine where you’ll find the 5×5×3. With this work out you will see up to an inch of expansion in a single work out, Temporary but totally usable with your wife. And the temporary expansion will continue to become permanent as you progress. I want you to see things differently from the brotherhood then you saw from any other place as we have a completely unique way of working with one another. If you still have your BM try the 5×5×3 and let me know how it goes. If you need any other help just ask

I cannot advocate for clamping because it is very dangerous. It does produce results but you could be facing thrombosis and permanent discoloration. What seems to be the problem you’re having with the SSJ?

Like I said, after pumping my penis is swollen and I can't get an erection to do ssj properly, I don't know if the problem is in my head or the problem is fluid retention. Even when I achieve an erection and do it properly ssj fluid retention just change the place does not disappear at all. How do I get rid of retention? And what should a penis look like after proper pumping? How should the penis feel after proper pumping in general and when I touch it? How do I know, to make sure I pumped properly, can you explain that to me in a little more detail / into the depth of the pumping?
 
It does take time for your penis to get accumulated to these exercises. The SJJs are great but in the beginning with pumping you could try cutting the 5x5x3 to 3x3x3, as in shorter duration in the pump.

Do you release the pressure all at once or gradually let it flow? Just a few seconds makes a difference in terms of getting more fluid than tissue expansion.
After pumping you should feel quite smooth to the touch, without excess sponginess. More spongy = usually more fluid retention than real tissue expansion.
So do a trial of shorter pumps and gradual release of the pressure. Once you've stick to this for a moment you can start going for 5x5x3.

I've been doing a 5x5x3 routine for a while now, it's going well ... I just can't get a full erection (80% max), the results would definitely be better / faster with (100%, 110%) an erection ... Can someone tell me how could an erection be improved? Specifically, I mean some exercises / routines ...

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

I have bathmath hydoextreme 7 wide body
My penis is only 14cm and thin 5 or 6cm of grith (not sure) i’ve been using the pump for almost 1 month and no results at all!!! Bathmax Website its written I can see result first weeks.

I dont know if I’m doing something wrong or because I bought the wide version. Because the normal hydroextreme 7 was uncomfortably because my pennis gets bigger when I do the exercise and gets very tight in the pump thats why I chose the wide version.

And how I do the exercises:
I pump maximum that I can. Start counting 5min. Release. Fill the pump again for more 5min realise and 5 min and then more 5min in total of 15min

5min x break 30sec
5min x break 30sec
5min x finish

i do 6x per week

Can u please me tell me what is wrong?

I see now, this was a really old thread. Maybe it will help someone else then, I hope so.


@Felipejfa, I think the pump is to big for your penis, that's why you do not see any progression in expansion (later permanent growth) with the pump. And remove the comfort inserts, they just prevent pressure build-up in the pump. My penis got also to much restriction of this comfort insert.

You should start with the smallest Bathmate pump you can fit in. It may be different for other types of pumps?, but with Bathmate this is the first rule.

I think the Bathmate hydromax 5 (or: HydroXtreme 5) should have been a better choice for you, if your penis is 5,5" long. It's important to get the right size pump for your penis. If your pump is to big in relation to the pumps dimensions, you will experience slower results, or none. Personally I don't use the comfort inserts in the pump, since I get less pressure and expansion with that.

That's my experience at least. You should max out the pump in both length and girth before moving to a bigger one. Personally I needed to get the HydroXtreme 7 wide boy in order to keep increasing my lenght expansion, but I have still room in length in the hydromax 5.

I use the hydromax 5 now, I need to wind bandage at the root shaft of my penis in order to be able to use it. Otherwise my penis expands into the creases at the base of the pump (it's not comfortable). I get a more even expansion of my penis this way also. I also tie a bandage around my balls in order, to keep them away from the opening of the pump.

By The Way: Personally I have gotten awesome results from starting using the Bathmate hydromax 5. I have used Bathmate pumps a little over a month (soon 2 months), and I still se progression. Starting to slowly filling out the entire pump with my expanded penis.
Previously I had an expansion in length of a slightly over 5" on the scale on the pump. Now I max out the scale and expanding into the walls of the pump on both sides. I love Bathmate pumps. But it can take some tricks to get the technique of pumping right. But for sure, your Bathmate pump is to big for uour penis.

Pumping with Bathmate I think is not the same as pumping with other types of pumps. You need the correct size pump in order to get it to work.

In the beginning I bought the Bathmate HydroXtreme 9. It was way to big, I got none results from that. Then I got the hydromax 5 and immediately I saw a much better pressure build-up, and also a much more even pressure around my penis. My penis also expanded more evenly in length. I had never been able to get the results I got, if I still had used the, HydroXtreme 9.

I hope this helps.
I think Bathmate is awesome. But it's important with the right size, and get rid of the comfort insert.

After years of staying silent and trying to figure this out on my own by listening to other peoples methods. I come to ask for assistance.

1) I started years ago on and off being frustrated with no gains. I have a lot of issues now because of my frustrations. When my dick turtles the skin scrunches when it didn't used to, and when it's elongated in a flaccid state it curves in to out. I'm guessing this can be fixed if I actually start using it well, but still haven't figured out how

2) I recently started back up because there's too much individual evidence stating penis expansion works and decided to give it another try with more patience. In doing so, I wasn't sure what temp the water should be, some say warm, few say hot. Hot made sense to me at the time but found shortly after discoloration. I still got some discoloration, is there a way of healing that?

3) I found a bathmats guide and he says take it slow the first few weeks as a beginner. (I'm not sure I'm a beginner anymore because of how long I've been at it, more of a complete noob that can't figure out the way) It was to do every other day, first week, 5 mins up to 20 mins in flaccid state. Then increase pressure instantly to 50-70% erect same method. I'm onto his intermediate routine, it's been a solid month fully erect, every other day for 5 min with NO RESULTS and partial pain when at 100% erect in the bathmate. It's not too hurtful afterward, but it brings me to believe I'm yet again, on the wrong path.

With all that said, I see you got that 5x5x3 routine which sounds promising as well as using a cocking afterward

My questions:

What should the bath temp be? hot, or warm? If warm, what is warm? body temperature warm? a little more than warm?

What should I do about cold dick? I got it post workout just relaxing which isn't a good sign.

I'm using the phallosan forte in conjunction with the bathmate in hopes to see better faster results, to no avail
Any suggestions on how to use that? the bathmate guide said since I'm using bathmate every other day, use phallosan forte the days I don't use bathmate
