Warmup with the MOSRED before starting any session for the day. You can even warm up with only warm water before starting your session. This thing is super easy.

Once you finish your length or girth session for the day, you can warm down with the MOSRED.

You are complicating something that do not need to be complicated.

I use MOSRED for healing only (after session) at 15 minutes. You can also use it as warmup tool.

I have 2 heating fans and MOS-RED to optimize this process. It's important to keep your tissue really warm before and during session.

use a note pad to write down all the little tips your getting so you can run through a checklist every session.
I wish I had, I would have progressed faster!

It’s very easy to forget the little things at first but it’s the little things put together that make everything work.

This applies to stretching but the advice is the same.

if had a check list:
MOS-RED | NIR INFRARED LIGHT THERAPY FOR ERECTION QUALITY + lig and ball stretches.
Tie scrottum
Apply chalk
Retract foreskin
Green THERABAND
Pull back any loose skin/ remove wrinkles.
Bandage
Theraband

write down how you tighten in the chamber so you don’t Pinch.
Tighten with a thumb press on glans, pull back a little, tighten more, (still pressing on glans)
Do some cranks, tighten, stretch all directions, tighten more and so on



I went through a faze when I could not clamp because I started doing something differently and didn’t I realise.

Heater fan on,
Set timer 5 mins.

I read @squirt_inducer_man advice to do things like use chalk a thousand times before I actually started doing it.

Wonderful.

I realised heating my tissue was so important, in order to get s good stretch. I have used this old car interior heater since my broomstick routine.

For me it wasn't sufficient with a warm soaked towel. It's not that hot inside and I can't regulate my indoor temperature. Also having a stream of hot air into your tissue is more efficient then jusy keeping your indoor temperature warm.

I can explain, but I need to do some research in order to explain it proper. You loose collagen production when you get older.

Something I learned from @DLD and @squirt_inducer_man you need to warm the tissue in between stretching sets to pull harder. If you are using the LM.

10-15 minute warm up before girth and after girth. The same with stretching just make sure you apply heat to the penis in between LM sets.

Wonderful advice.
🔥Heat is so important for fast growth.
The penis should never be cold when doing penis enlargement. That includes the inner penis as well. Warm the inner penis up as well.

Yes sir! Honestly I couldn’t tell if I was sore yesterday from all heat it wasn’t until the next day I could feel the soreness.

Just make sure you are not burning yourself...but I do not believe you are.

Yes the soreness is the wonderful feeling of gains to come. Throughout my journey I made sure I always felt soreness in my inner penis.
